Our SMH review

In case you missed the weekend papers, our new Friday and Saturday night dinners were the subject of a very favourable review in The Sydney Morning Herald (09/04/16). But not to worry - we have you covered, click here and read on! The review kicked off with drinks and our signature G&T. Some of our dishes that were called out for special mention included the oxheart tomato, basil and buffalo mozzarella salad, fried calamari, pancetta and sage stuffed pork belly and wood roasted Spanish mackerel. Our reviewer indulged in our desserts including dark chocolate tart, orange granita and vanilla ice-cream with house made chocolate sauce and sprinkles. ANZAC Day - we're open from 6am; taking bookings for Mother's Day lunch



The Incinerator will open an hour earlier on ANZAC Day with coffee being served from 6am to cater for our customers attending dawn services across the city.
