Our SMH review

In case you missed it, our new Friday and Saturday night dinners were the subject of a very favourable review in The Sydney Morning Herald (09/04/16). But not to worry - we have you covered, click here and read on! The review kicked off with drinks and our signature G&T. Some of our dishes that were called out for special mention included the oxheart tomato, basil and buffalo mozzarella salad, fried calamari, pancetta and sage stuffed pork belly and wood roasted Spanish mackerel. Our reviewer indulged in our desserts including dark chocolate tart, orange granita and vanilla ice-cream with house made chocolate sauce and sprinkles. We're very proud of the write-up and wanted to thank our customers and staff who make all of this possible. Please share the review with your friends and family. We look forward to seeing you in for dinner soon! Remember you can book online www.theincinerator.com.au

Welcome Chef! Jeff Turnbull returns to Willoughby

The Incinerator is delighted to welcome Jeff Turnbull to the team as Head Chef, marking a return to the Willoughby community where he once owned and ran High St Bistro.

Jeff brings a wealth of experience to The Incinerator and is a highly respected chef in the industry. He was formerly the Head Chef at Macquarie Bank; prior to this he ran High St Bistro in Willoughby and before that, Aqua Dining in North Sydney.

“Willoughby holds a special place in my heart. I have lived in Willoughby and also spent three and half years at High St Bistro, meeting and cooking for the locals. I fell in love with the people and the community,” said Jeff.

“I’ve been eating at The Incinerator over the last few years and always thought that it was unique and quirky. I love the whole vibe the place has – it’s busy, bubbly, friendly and relaxed. I’m so excited to take on the Head Chef role and be part of this special café.”

Locals can look forward to Jeff introducing some Spring changes to the menu in keeping with the honest and rustic theme of the café.

Keen to sample Jeff's wares? We're open for dinner every Friday and Saturday night so book a table now! www.theincinerator.com.au
