Welcome Chef! Jeff Turnbull returns to Willoughby

The Incinerator is delighted to welcome Jeff Turnbull to the team as Head Chef, marking a return to the Willoughby community where he once owned and ran High St Bistro.

Jeff brings a wealth of experience to The Incinerator and is a highly respected chef in the industry. He was formerly the Head Chef at Macquarie Bank; prior to this he ran High St Bistro in Willoughby and before that, Aqua Dining in North Sydney.

“Willoughby holds a special place in my heart. I have lived in Willoughby and also spent three and half years at High St Bistro, meeting and cooking for the locals. I fell in love with the people and the community,” said Jeff.

“I’ve been eating at The Incinerator over the last few years and always thought that it was unique and quirky. I love the whole vibe the place has – it’s busy, bubbly, friendly and relaxed. I’m so excited to take on the Head Chef role and be part of this special café.”

Locals can look forward to Jeff introducing some Spring changes to the menu in keeping with the honest and rustic theme of the café.
